We make our own noodles from fresh, by hand. We use 100% organic flour and have created our own blend using bread flour, wholemeal flour and toasted rye flour - creating a tasty, fresh and chewy noodle - perfect for slurping!
All our broths are made by us - our pork bone broth is cooked for 24 hours to create a thick, sticky and tasty soul filling soup.
We also make our own vegan broth, with slow cooked veggies and shiitake mushrooms - cooked for over 6 hours.
All our soups are topped with aromatic oils that we make from scratch ourselves.
We make a variety of toppings for your bowl - don't just stop at what comes as standard (although that's pretty great), add toppings to create your own individual bowl!
