Ramen obsessed

"For years I've been obsessed with eating ramen, I'm now obsessed with creating bowls of ramen that others can get obsessed about.  My main goal is to produce fresh, healthy, delicious bowls that satisfy the soul as well as the appetite!  Good ramen should be a little bit addictive and that's what we try to produce!"

Our noodles

Our noodles are made to our own blend of bread flour, wholemeal flour and rye flour - we think we've created a tasty, fresh and chewy noodle - perfect for slurping!

All our broths are made by us - our pork bone broth is cooked for 24 hours to create a thick, sticky and tasty soul filling soup.


We also make our own vegan broth, with slow cooked veggies and shiitake mushrooms - cooked for over 6 hours.


All our soups are topped with aromatic oils that we make from scratch ourselves.

We make a variety of toppings for your bowl - don't just stop at what comes as standard (although that's pretty great), add toppings to create your own individual bowl!
